Project: Improving the working conditions of Nurses and Midwives and the critical situation of Human Resources for Health in the Southern African Region

The new partnership with CORDAID is a two year project on advancing the capacity of SANNAM members in lobby and advocacy on issues of Human Resources for Health in the region and in strengthening the capacity of the SANNAM Secretariat.

ANEMO is organizing a 1st scientific journey of nursing, it involve all nurses members of ANEMO, non nurses members of ANEMO, nursing teachers, nursing students, and others who are interested in participating.

The scientific journey will take place in Maputo from 1 to 4 of December, 2009. The main objective of the event is to motivate nurses to investigate in the local place of work, in order to contribute to the improvement of quality of care given to the patients.
